WAVYTALK SOUTH AFRICA PRODUCT SUPPORT

Confidence after checkout.

WavyTalk hair tools purchased directly from wavytalk.africa are supported by our advertised 1-year warranty from the date your order is delivered. Warranty support is separate from our 7-day return policy and does not limit rights available under South African consumer law.

Local support

Claims are reviewed by the WavyTalk South Africa support team.

7-day returns

Ordinary eligible returns follow the separate Return and Refund Policy.

01

What the warranty is for

The warranty process is intended for manufacturing or functional faults that arise while the product is being used normally and in accordance with its supplied instructions. Every claim is assessed using the product information and evidence provided.

02

What happens next

Our South African support team will review the information, may ask you to complete basic troubleshooting, and will advise whether the product needs to be returned for inspection. The appropriate remedy is confirmed after assessment.

03

How to submit a warranty claim

  1. Stop using the tool if it is damaged, overheating, sparking, producing smoke or has an exposed cable.
  2. Contact WavyTalk South Africa through our Contact page and begin your message with “Warranty claim”.

  4. Describe the fault clearly and attach photos or a short video, plus a photo of the product identification label if available.
  5. Keep the product, accessories and packaging until support provides the next steps. Do not send the product back without written return instructions.
